McBain is a 1991 action film written and directed by James Glickenhaus.
 
McBain is the moving story of a gang of Vietnam veterans where Roberto Santos (Chick Vennera) is a fighter for freedom who  leads an uprising in Colombia, in an attempt to overthrow the corrupt dictatorship and bring democracy to his homeland.  When his rebellion failed and he was assassinated, his sister Christina Santos (María Conchita Alonso)  goes to New York to find McBain (Christopher Walken),  an ex-soldier who gathers his old friends from the army in order to get revenge on the Colombian dictator who killed his old friend.

Christina takes over a television channel to broadcast and alert the population, while McBain leads an attack to overthrow the corrupt government.
